14 hp vanguard ruined?

Ok i was given a 14 hp vanguard twin and it sat in a foot of water for a week and i need to know what i should do with it should i rebuild it or junk it?

The only way to know is to crack it open...

You can get it hot tanked and bored or even just a hone.. and it might still be good to go...

But you will need to take it completely apart and have a look and put in new rings and bearing...

o dont be worried, taking apart is the fun part, going back together is the tricky part.
