anyone refresh my memory on what the torque specs are for the Briggs aws conn rod bolts? i believe it's 185 but not sure.

FOR CAST IRON BLOCK 400 IN LBS and all other 100in lbs

i meant to say connecting rod bolts.
pretty sure 100 and 400 are not right for those

Fresh start get another book, I am a Briggs Master Service Technician and you are worng. 19 series and above with same size bolts are 185 those with a small and large the small is 160 the large is 260 cast iron is 190 all being inch lbs. Tighten the bolt closet to piston first and if a race motor I always wet torque.
