George. on those high idle adjustment screws, is there anything that needs to be done to the carb, or just put in, adjust, and go?

If you bought the kit, 100-506k it came with needle and correctly modified nozzle just install and go. IF not then it may need some work done OR if you have a carb with a small jet in side of aluminum down tube remove it and install needle and it will work fine. TUNE to run.

Thanks. So basically I need to make certain the needle fits inside the tube..if it doesn't, remove the small inner jet,or I assume I can drill out the down tube carefully?

Ok awesome thanks, So these are the way to go for high compression motors instead of the older fiber gaskets.

EC now has the steel ring gear for the briggs singles and Vanguard V-twin flywheels which will now come on those flywheels when you buy them now. No change in price meaning they will be the same price as always. So buy a new flywheel from us they come with the steel gear. These ring gears were designed in an effort to help the racers with less wear and the ability to use the aftermarket starters available. Our testing here the aftermarket starters have worked great with the steel ring gears with their harder engagement. Being able to use the aftermarket starters will also save you the racers on average 100.00 or more over the briggs starters. These are race parts and as always their is no warranties expressed or implied on race parts. Again they are presently available for the BRIGGS SINGLE flywheels and the Vanguard Twin Flywheels.
