Can any one tell me were the best place to drill a hole for a pulse fuel pump would be? This is a 12 hp  briggs. Thanks Scott

on the intake manifold, use the part that part that sticks up and used to hold the stock filter.u can drill about an 8th inch hole all the way through and then use a 1/4 inch nipple with hose barb. drill and tap to the right size.

But isnt this vac. all the time? dont I nead a pulse from the crank case?  Scott

It is a vac. only when the intake valve is open when it closes there isn't one giving you a pulse.  The intake is the best place to get the pulse because if you tap into the crank case there is a chance of pulling oil into the pump and locking it up and conecting it to the intake the only thing that it might suck up is a few gas fumes and that will not hurt a thing.
