parts like a rod, piston, cam, carb, valve springs an also what kind of fuel them modified carbs burn an what kinda cams are avaible

Rod choice will depend on crankshaft choice as certain rods only fit certain cranks. Carb, valves, springs,keepers can all be had at E.C. also a cam, or give Precision cams a call. Do some searching on this, it's all in here!

As well as head exchange with valves, springs and retainers, crankshaft balancing, block and pan work, Carbs and manifolds.
