'Nother AP Question...

"IT LIVES!!!!" (and yes, longer than 5 minutes this time)

Now that Sami is up and running I can get back to putting the A/P together...

Got the "back up" motor in, Still waiting on the Big Guy for my "A Main" racer...

But a Gienger Cam and Carb,  P&P and Valves, and a thorough "freshing up"  and she's sounding sweet (my ears are still ringing... )

I'll run 'er up to get the linkages, lectrics and clutch working and work out the bugs ... Then switch to my my racing motor...

Hopefully I'll have 'er rolling tomorrow...do some test runs... 8)

As long as Sami doesn't beat me round the track....  I'll be happy...

Pssstt.... Sami!

Be sure and grease that big groove in the pulley under the motor for Dad before he pulls it out the garage tomorrow. I think you can outrun him, but we wouldn't want him to wear his belt out trying to beat you, so your better make sure it's lubed up good!   8)

Oh I think she's gonna need a little more than a little grease on the belt to beat this bad boy.... 8)

It was dark out when I got it done and I didn't get out of second...

But Whoo Doggie... I bet I got a bigger grin on than Sami had this afternoon... :D

This is gonna be a fun year....

Hopefully Graphics show up this week..

Hey Shannon..

That's why I built it on the board here..no tricks no secrets...nothing a guy couldn't copy and give a little competition..(OK Fine...I "might" still have a trick or two up my sleeve.. )

Tires are going to start out as you see above...

13X6.5X6 on the rear and 13X5X6 on the front..

Then depending on handling, traction and "rolling resistance" I have a set of 13X4X6 mounted up to try on front...with the 13X5X6 on rear...(per some threads in the "tire" forum)

And if that don't work, I may try 13X5X6 all the way round.

I "think" the 4s and 5s are gonna be the ticket, but it sure looks cool with the big wide tires..

I know how Sami felt without her seat cushion...My Butt hurts too..

Riding with the bare seat gave me a feel for the "ride".. Needed to move it forward and down as well as reinforce the mount itself...

While I was at it I added a "side thrust" control pad...

Fits nice and "feels" right...

Gotta figure out my paint scheme first. I got half a mind to paint it back to the factory Dynamark colors, Gun metal grey on the frame and Tunnel, black fenders Red hood and Silver grill and dash. Although I'm kinda thinking the red might go Transtar Maroon... Or, maybe stick with the Grey Frame and Tunnel and make all the sheet metal Transtar Maroon.

We've repainted the mower at the shop to match the fleet with left over paint from the last truck that got painted, and ordered decals to match the trucks there as well, and it's actually a very nice color on a mower, I'm quite impressed! And, there's about a quart or so left! 8) But the grphics we're running on the trucks are white yellow and silver.

As for the gun metal gray, we believe we have a line on being able to do a baked powder coat on the frame for very little money! We're looking into it!!
