Removal of flyweights, or not?

In a modified Intek V-Twin, 20 HP, prior to reassembly, should the flyweights be removed, or left in for oil distribution? With the much higher RPM's I am not sure on this. Thanks.

If you mean the ears on the govoner, you should remove them. The 20hp Briggs Intec is pressure lubricated, therefore it will have no effect on the engines ability to oil properly.
