in the debate of weather 2 peaces of C channel will be aloud for a front axle. since they are welded together wouldent it be considered one peace.in that case the stock front end isin't even one peace it;s even 2 peaces of C channel welded together to.

Two pieces of "C" chanel welded securly together into a "one piece beam" constitutes a a one piece axle and is legal..
The "one piece" in the rule is refering to (or trying to avoid) twin beam or split axles or individually adjustable sides (not including spindle height adjustments)
So your axle as shown is legal...even if made out of two pieces of channel.
