First do not curse on this forum.  This is your warning.

To fix your problem use locktite or double nut it and jam the nuts.

Cyclone racer what did I say that was a curse word or anything offencive? I'm sorry if I did but I didn't think. Did... back to topic it is jam nutted its not that the bolt comes lose it seems more like the holes in my clutch are being stretched out... what if I take the v pulley (closest to the motor flat pulley is at trans pully ) but use the bearings in the v pulley as the pivot point or use the flat pulley? I think the v pulley would b the best tho

You dropped the h-bomb.  No big deal.  Don't do it again.

The hole in the frame or the holes in your clutch plate?

Either one. Just reinforce it.

A bearing would work but a bit of overkill.

O sorry my bad and my clutch the fram is fine... and the reason i thought of uding a bearing/pully as a pivoit point is it shou also alow for less slipage an better agjustability on the belt if i need to change pullys or what ever

Stronger spring?  Also what kind of belt?   Could your belt be stretching?

I always run 2 strong springs so the spring isn't the problem... always run the red Kevlar belts an it didn't stretch it just was cut buy the edge of the pullys

Maybe to much spring.

Something else to look at.   Are  all your pulleys in line?

[/quote,
??? You are complaining about the clutch pivot loosening,  or egging the hole....that has everything to do with spring tension. If the belt is slipping, AND you're clutch is still loosening,  then you have big problems.
