 I have a LMT- 80 walbro carb. I would like to know what the main jet size & what would size it would be 12% bigger.

Only you can do that with any accuracy. Poke drill bits in there, til
you get the one that fits, and add 12% to that.

A jet is an orifice, which is calculated in square inches , so if you multiply your diameter by 6% you will gain 12% area (square inches) which is what your looking for.
Multiplying jet diameter by 12% will net you 24% larger square inches more  than what you started with
