Also i am going to get a new engine, has anybody used a horizontal shaft, with a jackshaft?

Yes. But only legal in the FX classes.   Not beginner classes

you keep jumping back and forth from 700 to ragb what class and what association
are you going to run with

As of now i am not going to be racing, maybe after i get a little building time under my belt and find out what i have to change, as i am sure its not going to be perfect the first time around.
