Does it have a set screw in the hub or do you still have to use a shaft lock collar?

Mine has a bolt that goes into the bottom of the crank. A spacer sits on top of the hub between your bearing and hub allowing you to tighten down the hub with the bolt. Then the pulley is attached to the hub with Allen headed bolts.

No threads , all my cranks are cut shortand everything tight to bottom of frame. So no set screw in pulley hub?

I had this picture of mine. The spacer and the hub both have key ways to the crankshaft. The spacer being on the bottom allows me to put a pair of channel locks or pipe wrench to hold it in place to break loose or to tighten.
