So, what have you done to get the top end? If you had the $$ laying around, what would you do to get that bottom end torque?

I would first consider using a smaller drive pulley to achieve torque.  Of course that will cost top end speed.   It's all about reaching a good compromise.

If all you care about is speed , Then what you could do is chain it to rear of your truck. Have a friend pull you until you just can't stand any more !!!  Since I hav'nt heard any thing about any other saftey aspect's

720,

What drivetrain are you running?  Transaxle?  Transmission & sprockets?  Pulley sizes?

Ok yes I do  a tether kill and IM running a 700  5 speed peerless gear box gear box to a,straight axel I just changed to the gear box I hadn't been able to test it yet BC I just put it in... But I need more low end torque to get of the corner faster an I just don't have enough to get out quick enough and I'll b runnimg pullies an a belt to the gear box then chain to the Axel
And I'm also running like a 6 in disc break hydrolic at that
