700 peerless help

I have a 700 peerless transmission in my John Deere and it's a ec clutch and keep tearing up the bearings in the output shaft any ideas why it's a race ready one from ec.

Belt too tight then when you replaced them did you pack them with grease. This keeps them lubed till oil gets to them. If you dont pack em with grease you'll burn em up in about a race or two. This stands true for peerless and EC trans. Initially though it was prolly a belt to tight. Also if the pulleys are not lined up it could be pulling down on the pulley putting undue stress,

I packed both bearings check the belt maybe I got a bad bearing Anything's possibles possible. I pulled it apart this time it got the shaft.

Anyone know a good place to get a 700 peerless style Trans? Not ec disturbing. Haven't had good luck with theres.

most small engine repair shops that deal with peerless will be able to order u one give them the part # 700-139 best trans on the market as of rite now shouldn't pay more than $300
