30 cube vanny drip gas out of vent tube.

Has a double barrel Nikki carb on it. At an idle It's fine but I can see it start coming at around 4000-8000 rpm. Ran great Saturday and on Sunday started cutting out a bit around 4200 then rev up normal , then noticed a trail of gas when it was cutting out. Could this be a float and seat problem ? Plugs look rich on Sunday .

Try restrictng the fuel in to the carb, and see if it changes anything. If it does, I would look at the float level, or seat.

I'll try turning the fuel shut off half way and see if it does it anymore. I ordered a new float and needle. Thanks Jim
