Is there any difference between the 16/18 hp vanny V-twin cam and the 21 HP vanny V-twin cam? This is for stock cams

Yes, the 21/23hp cams have slightly more lift and duration

The 23hp cam will increase performance, but at stock rpm on a governed engine you probably wouldn't notice much difference.

I'm building a horizontal 18 with 16 heads, governor removed, rev kit and a nikki 2 barrel carb setup. Would the bigger cam have a great effect on performance? Sorry for the hijack.
