All the open class 5hp go karts I been around have a .457 lift cam. So I'm wondering what's the biggest you all have put into a 12hp flathead Briggs. This will probably be more of a show mower so I'm not too worried about racing it but I'm wanting something to sound nasty. What y'all think??

just curious as to why the lift numbers need to be so high for just a show/goof around mower? As stated by the previous post, the precision cam mentioned will give the desired "sound" you want.
