Around here the common response is tie it on a rope and use it as an anchor. But seriously, If the crank isn't hurt you can get a new rod, if the crank needs to be turned you will need a new crank and rods. If the rods are ARC aftermarket then you may be able to turn the crank and use thicker bearings.
You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

YOU REALLY NEED TO FIGURE OUT THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, LACK OF OIL, TO TIGHT WHEN PUT TOGETHER. DO YOU USE IT FOR RACING? IF YOU USE THE SEARCH BUTTON [ON THE LEFT, IT WORKS BETTER] AND SEARCH FOR OILING MODS. YOU CAN MAKE IT LIVE THAT WAY! TRY THIS

pull the heads off, and clean the carbon deposits from the piston, and the head.
If you quit when you're behind, you will never win.

No substitute for pulling the heads and doing it right- the engine will thank you.

I have seen carbon on the side of the piston above the top ring, you will need to remove the pistons to get rid of that carbon
