What's best bang for the $$

Thinking of building a horizontal v twin ... What's the best bang for the budget of 1200 to 1400

Any 2 cylinder internal combustion engine and a stick of dynamite? That would probably give you the best bang.

That's a loaded question im sure your going to get all kind of opinion's but I think intek 44ci is the best bang for $1200. range. You can find used motors as low as $35.to 75.00 to start off with. 38ci vannys are hard to find and in most cases are not cheap. New 44 stock piston's $68.x2  Billet rods $250. Alum flywheel $350. Ht starter $200  cam $200. gasket kit $50. so far you have approx. $1200. Before you start with machine work or anything else.

I dont care much for cat. The fur gets everywhere when you skin them. Plus, they give the slow cooker a funny smell after you take it out.
