« on: March 18, 2013, 07:53:09 pm »
hey guys I c there is all kinds of info on "strait steering" and of course O.E.M. steering, I am currentley experimenting with a bell crank type steering system and was wondering if anyone else has tried this before and if they have any feed back for me? Thanks
pain and price are directly related to throttle position

Bell crank as in "center pivot" with a pivot point on the axle beam and 3 total steering links? If so, I personally favor that set up over any other I have tried

I build all my front ends with the center link or bell crank type set up. http://stcroixchassis.webs.com/racingmowerparts.htm but that doesn't mean the side steer style doesn't work well.
As they say there are many ways to get to the same result!
