been doing alot of reading finally decided to join!

Hey everyone im a newb been working on a 74 wheel horse a 800. So far thanks to the speedometer app on my phone I was able to clock it at 27 mph im from michigan and have not found any races local this is more of a drinking project get get away from the old lady. I am going to continue work in the spring but im looking to gather paint scheme and names over this winter ill take any and all suggestions!

Welcome, now you just need to find a local club to race with.

What part of Michigan ?

Looks neat, just only thing i really would say is make sure its build right and safe, upgrade steering and up grade brakes, looks good tho. As for the paint job keep it vintage. And all so welcome to heymow

I live in the thumb. So far I have upgraded the brakes. It has an 8" disc with a go kart caliper.im unsure about doing steering upgrades. The steering wheel is connected to a gear that turns another shaft with a set of links running out to each tire what does everyone else do for steering upgrades. I am running centrifugal clutch to ragb to solid rear axle. Any input on this setup?

That kind of setup is what we run on super mod. Look at georges 07 build and you will see what i mean by upgraded steering

There is the Rough Riders in potterville Michigan.   They use uslmra rules.
