If it is going to be a roadcourse, My crew will make every effort to be there. If it's an oval, I have plenty of those locally around here I can dizzy at.

I say ROADCOURSE ALL THE WAY- I'm sick-n-tired of going in circles like a dog chasing his tail.

Then do what the rest of us do....start racing?

Flipper, as of the last time I spoke to Jeremy, a road course was going to happen. By all means, the place has the ability and knowledge to have both courses so I think that was the plan. I'm not the owner, just passing on what I've been told.

All racing will be on the road course. There will be an oval at the start finish line for getting started and yellow flags.  That way it won’t lake so long to get set up to race.
Keep it stupid simple.

Any idea what the class order might be? It depends on whether or not a bring two or one.

I THINK Jeremy was only going to have the mower stuff that day, but I can't swear to that. He did have a mx practice scheduled that day, but was thinking it would be too crowded the last we discussed it. I'll see what I can find out on that subject. What year KX do you have? My last was an 09 KX450. That's what I did before mower racing, was mx.

Picked up a used 2011, It was gently ridden and maintained by a senior rider who felt it was way too much for him. It was mint cond. He gave me a deal because (as much as I hate to admit it) I am a senior rider too, was Pro back in the late 80’s. (Actually Super Senior nowdays). However, My last 3 Motocross racers were CR 500’s. 86,88,92. The new KX does not come close, The CR 500 will use them for traction, they were ballistic missiles.  I am still indecisive as to weather I should have gotten another CR500. They are harder to find and people are getting a premium for them.  I had thoughts of getting a CR500 engine and dropping it a newer CR250 Alum Frame, but I was looking at over 10 Grand$$$.  The KX does handle better and feel ergonomically better than the ol' CR500 pigs. Had a few 250's, and a couple 125's when I was thinner LOL. Still have my 85 Honda CB700SC Nighthawk S street bike. Will never get rid of it - Wound up with a pack of Harleys Saturday, they were pretty cool and let me hang with em. Funny, two guys gave me offers for the Nighthawk S. That is one cool looking Retro bike that is still faster than  :censored:!

Opps, sorry...back to the thread!
