take a hardened center punch, and break the eazy out into pieces.
If you quit when you're behind, you will never win.

Throw it on my CNC machine and circle mill it out

Using a punch would work or get a carbide drill     I have used Carbide tipped drills also

Use heat and get the easy-out red hot and cool it with water. It shocks it and it should almost fall out.

First step should have been kick the dummy who broke it in the rear, holler, cuss, throw things....get a beer, come back tomorrow.
Come on now, act like a professional when you work on stuff!!
Only an amateur takes a broken easy out in stride!  :bash:

Well, you could use a Disgenerator, but that'll set you back around $95K, pretty cool tool though, simply place it over the broken tap or bolt or easy out, hit the switch and it electrically removes the offending peice and does not hurt the original threads, no kidding.
