My son wants a race mower now is there any good parts for model number 310707 Briggs 17 hp like rod,crank,piston, cam and good carb but carb has to be stock appearing

If it was an AVS, it could be made to live but you need to do your homework.

You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

So non avs is much better right the dip stick goes in the oil pan and not the block
