a word of advice. I have shattered those plastic fans at rpms above 6500 back in the day before billet wheels were available.

Oh yes... I can remember one exploding in my lap on my FX...  Never thought I would stand up on a mower before, but the fan let lose and hit me in my lap and I sang in a higher note for a little bit.  

Never trusted those things after that!

Hey,some parts build today.
I make my manifold intake for 2 carburator KEIHIN with SOLIDWORKS then i print with a 3D printing.
Just model for casting (aluminium)
Look some pictures smile












Always same problems for buy parts on "EC Carburators",the option for estimate shipping,no functional with my adress.
I can't buy all my parts today  Sad Sad Sad

You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

My compression ratio is 9:1, (not big  roll)
I make my head gasket with a sheet of brass.

What is the best ignition timing for a vangaurd 16Hp ? 30 ?
i put an ignitech ignition ,it's tunable !
