it's not the 13 or 15 part that doesn't alow it to work it's the 6.5 thats the width.a 6.4 you will be pretty lucky to get them on anything wider the n 8 3/4 wheels. we put 6.0 kart tires on 81/4 and it's pushing the limit

i have a buddy thats running 13x6.50x6 on some 9 1/2 wide wheels.
