I really appreciate all the help and advice. I think I have enough info to at least get me started working on it for a while. I'd like to figure out what goes into that front pulley swap but what little I've read about it leads me to believe I can find what I need at tractor supply. I see EC has the hubs and pulleys there too. The pulley swap is a ways off so I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Right now is the throttle, exhaust, kill switch, and start working on brakes/steering. The throttle and exhaust is pretty low on the priority list but it's something I can do right now and cheap so I might as well get it out of the way.
