Either way it's an MTD and you can use that chassis and update hood/dash/fenders if you wish to. Just first measue the wheelbase length to know what class you can use it in.

I have that exact mower Thomas. I am making an A/P out of it right now. I will be through with it in a week or two and post a pic.

All I have left is starter shimming, carb tuning, paint and lettering.
I guess you could say i'm that much closer to serious personal injury...
