Okay, so in working with midwest super cub they are willing to make parts. But to make it cost efficient they neee x number of people to buy them first. To get them around $300-350 a piece he said they need about 15 flywheels. So that being said who wants one. They're still between 6-12 months give or take from being for sale.

Can he get them SFI Certified?....I think that's the big, important thing they are looking for now days.
If so...I'm in for one.

Will they be using Rare Earth high output magnets?
What coils will we need to use?
The Stock Kawi coil is used in tandem with an Ignitor.....not sure if it will work.

Joey I am about 90 percent positive that their billet aluminum wheels for the twins are not SFI certified but have never had an issue with them. The rules don't say anything about an SFI certification.

Cool, thanks....I heard that somewhere, (not sure where,) ...that Billet flywheels will need to be SFI certified sometime in the future(can't remember where I heard that, so , I have no confirmation that the statement is valid).

Still need to know about the magnets and coils.
OH YEAH......and will they have a steel ring gear?......that will be the deal killer.

Im pretty sure they will make it so you can move the stock stuff over. Or im sure they could put earth magnets in it if you want.  They will make it so you remove the ring gear from the stock flywheel and press it into the billet one.

They run their billet flywheels on their 90 cube vtwin. Since they started making billet flywheels they've never had a failure.

I am new to the site and to racing, but I would be in for a billet flywheel for my 540.  Let me know when the time comes and I will give you more of my information.  Thanks for taking the time to look into.

It has taken a back seat. We are working on a full line of internal parts for the command single currently.

Count me in for one when they decide to build them. Any way to nail down some details on the final product?

I can't believe they can't make a flywheel based off the 6611 with a matching ring gear and hub along with a bracket for the Briggs Magnitron coil. Seriously this could be done in just a few days.

The 6611 is an ARC part I doubt they would copy that may be copy rights or other issues.
