I AGREE WITH YOU BUT RULES ARE RULES. SOME OF US DON'T HAVE A CHOICE IF WE WHAT TO RACE. WHAT'S A SAFE RPM I DON'T KNOW BUT I UNDERSTAND THE BALANCE OF KEEPING COSTS DOWN AND SAFETY. IT'S A REALLY DIFFICULT TO DO. THE MORE WE TALK ABOUT ALL OF THIS MAYBE SOME SENSE WILL COME OF IT AND IMPROVE OUR SPORT!
