Ever get tired?
« on: February 03, 2011, 10:08:44 am »
Just as the title says!  Ever get tired of not racing and waiting for the racing to start back up?  I have a new chassis, almost finished and I cannot wait to run it!!!!  The weather is not permitting very much testing time and I AM READY!!!!  Got the new motor together and have not even crunk it up!!!!  Might just run the old one for old times sake!
You never win a race by focusing on one aspect of the race!  Motor isn't everything, but you better have a good one!  Chassis too!  But remember, a driver can take a slow machine and make it faster!  I may not have/be the best of any of these but I'm trying!

Just thought I would let yall know that I am even more tired now!!!!!  I finally rode the new mower yesterday evening (right at dark!)  Why is it that everything "simple" takes soooo long to finish?  I took a few hours yesterday just wiring the mower but was it worth it?  You better bet it was!!!  I rode around the yard (with my safety gear on) and man was it a big difference from the old mower.  Much lighter, easier to steer, and powerful.  The chassis handles wonderfully, it was point and play!!! Now I really wanna stir up some dust!!!!

Only get tired when I look at my lists about what needs to be done before racing season..  But it is a great problem to have. Some people never slow down to enjoy life or anything. They are the ones who miss out. Just my 2 cents..
