The Rough Riders will have an open invitational at Lake Alliance Raceway Park in Potterville,Mi. Sat. Sept 25th.
Located just off Old Lansing Rd at Lake Alliance Park in Potterville. Gates open at noon. Races at 3pm. Camping available. See you there.

What size track is it and straight away length? Thanks John

The track is a tri-oval. 100 ft straight and 2 65 ft on the back. Around a 1/12th mile. Short and fast. Bring all your friends.

What kind of gear ratio do you run for that short of a trackwe are talking atleast 2 if not more coming depending on weather for farming season

My final ratio is around 6.8 to 1 on a v twin. Stock singles we try to be around 7.2 to 1. That would get you close

Well, there couldnt have been a better end to a great season. Over 50 tractors showed up and lots of fast, clean racing. Want to thank all of local clubs that came. We need to do this more often. Had mowers ranging from 12hp to 70hp and they all put on a great show. With the amount of fans that came, alot of them being first timers, I know we sparked some interest. This sport will only get bigger over the years, as it already has. Everyone I talked to today couldnt believe how fast this racing is. I know that I am just rambling on, but I am excited for the new year to begin. Thanks to all that have helped me out this year, as I'm sure I will be asking more questions.

Hay Craig we had a great time racing with and meeting you that short track takes some time getting used to turn 4 can be a real bugger to get around but all in all we had a great time.
