USLMRA FX Class requires no more then a 465 cc 4 cycle engine. To do the conversion, how much maximum horsepower would this be using an OHV engine?

If I did my math right 465 CC = 28.35 Cu/in...

Horsepower on the other hand is "relative"... and not directly related to cylinder volume...

For example..28 cu.in is you basic 12 hp...but with the right cam carb and compression "could be" ...twice that...
