I don't know of any.  I just buy the brake cable for a bike at a bike shop and make my own.  I run the hand throttle and I just make a little arm out of that governor setup on it and bolt it to the intake and use it to put a spring on the butterfly.

Thats cool, but the picture is too small to see any detail.

When i built mine i shaved off a little on both sides on the intake but more on the throttle side then i used and old governor rod and made it work with a hook on the end. Turned out great and is smooth. but i had my throttle cable running over the top of the motor. Good luck it take a little time but it will work out.

Lol I thought the 2 into 1 header I built was the tough part but I think this is gonna take even more time to work out.

Naw use the plastic intake and shave it down it will work just fine you might have to bend the throttle tab just a bit but it all will clear... tight squeeze like a fat guy in a miata....

Ok I must admit that I over complicated this a bit. After I studied it for a little bit last night I got if figured out without having to leave the governor arm in place like some do from what I have read. I modified the original brackets and have got everything to work out. :D
