Ladies and Gentlemen coming to the ALL American. I will say this again, as I keep getting asked over and over.... #1 Safety rules are zero tolerance and the #1 rule mandated by our insurance IS, IF your not running a govner and or running more than 3650 for any reason Billet flywheels are MANDATORY. Zero tolerance on this. Also be sure you have a fire extinguisher in your pit and have it visible. The fire last year on track made this a bigger priorty. Dont be suprised if the local fire marshal spot checks for this.

Also depending on  how new the pistons are you cannot cut the new pistons that much if you do the top ring land breaks or burns off and thus it dont run well either.
Ditto Caseys thought Flywheel key

What have ya done valve and spring wise. I dont know squat about e3 plugs. But .023 is not enough. I run .030 on stock motors. Built I open .002 more at a time till its hard to start then back up .002 to .003 on race motors generally ball park good allaround point .032. Have you done a leak down test. Or even know what it is.

9  Engine Help / Briggs OHV & Vanguard / Re: Oil overload in a 15.5 28n on: September 27, 2014, 05:30:06 PM
First off dont vent it to carb run it down under frame or into a catch can pop bottle or anything. Second drill the the return to a bigger size, third check for blown head gasket. Head torque should be 220 to 250 inch lbs. in a criss cross method. Clean breather as suggested and replace. Lastly ring could be broke or gap to big.
