7  Race and Event Announcements / SOMA / Sad day for us on: November 10, 2014, 09:25:20 AM
P-Nut died a few hours ago, I want to thank everyone for all your prayers. I know he's in heaven now, no more suffering. Most of ya that know me & Sherry knew him, he was at every race we attended for the past 14 years and this started when he was only 6 weeks old .He loved racing as much as anyone could, even when his health started failing he was raring to go when we loaded up.He always loved those rides we had together and me too. I know he'll be greatly missed not only among his racing friends but in our life as well. I want to thank everyone again for all the prayers. Rest in peace Peanut our son. Speaking for him we were Blessed to have friends like y'all. God Bless you all.

We never had children so Peanut was our son, we never did or went anywhere without him, I guess you could say he was a spoiled kid.

11  Engine Help / Briggs OHV & Vanguard / Billet Cam Core for Vanguards on: August 27, 2014, 01:12:10 PM
Any interest in a billet cam core for the Vanguards? I'm talking fully adjustable gear and I can grind it to any specs or one of my grinds or any cam grinder will do it around a $100.00 or so. The cost is higher if we're talking a few but around 50 to 100 or more the price would go down because of cost of ordering material in larger amounts. That's why I need to know the interest in them. The main thing is to over come the initial start up cost. If only a few we're talking around the $300.00 mark for core alone with gear then you'll have to spend another $100.00 or so to get it ground. It seems high but the ones of you that have broken one even the ones with the pins in them the damage it can do, it can destroy an engine. I'm just throwing this out there because I don't know of anyone out there doing them now. Give me some feed back drivers & engine builders.
