Well i have tons of recipes i usually go to about .com but if for some side notes in most of your cooking you can rude the calories and fat but almost half by switching from vegetable oil to light olive oil. I use the light because it doesnt have as much of a taste. In the end product its unnoticable and its healthier. I also try to use the mix of sugar free brown sugar and/or sugar substitute. I have found that equate doesnt leave as much of and after taste or make the food taste different. If there is any particular kind of meat or veggie your wanting to use let me know I have tons of recipes at home i would love to share. Good luck

Try this one.
1lb. ground beef (I use ground venison)
1 large onion,chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Original bisquick mix
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400*F Spray or grease 9" pie plate. Brown beef or venison and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate;sprinkle with cheese. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25min. or until knife in center comes out clean. Makes about 6 servings.

I love this.. hope you do too.
