Title: Witch one is lighter?

  Witch rod is lighter, the ARC billet rod or the stock OHV rod?

I don't think there is a huge difference in the actual weight but the strength of that Billet rod is very important!

Don't worry about weight,the ARC rod is good insurance. :doh:

 The reason I ask is this will be a low level engine not turning many rpms.

They should be very close ta keep everything balanced! Ive got a new ohv rod sitting here! just buy me a ARC rod and Ill weigh them for ya!and tell ya what they weigh LOL

The ARC rod is prolly a tad heavier the piston is lighter than stock. I never weighed them well I did when setting up a deal to balance a crank BUT I never weighed the stock rods.

Ya Rooster we could compare scales that way!! or we could exchange and see how good the quality controlle is at ARC LOL
