Briggs Flathead / 12.5 briggs

Hey guys i have a 12.5 briggs fully built and it won't idle and pops and backfires while running. Have checked the flywheel key and it is ok the timing is set at 3 degrees and we have gone through and cleaned the carb. Anyone have any ideas what to try next?

Driveline / splined tranny sprockets

Hey guys,
Is there somewhere that you can buy splined tranny sprockets?

We have what i think is a peerless 400 3 speed tranny in our racer on the input shaft it has a brass bushing behind the sealed bearing and the bushing is wore out and the shaft is very sloppy and ate the belt. What is the best way to fix this problem?? we put needle bearings in place of the bushing will the needle bearings hold together or should we use something else??

Hi guys need some help finding some sealed high speed bearings i need 3/4" i.d. by 1 3/8" o.d.
