Kohler Engines / V-twin Valve Lash

Is anyone running a stock cam with solid lifters? If so what lash is a good starting point? Thanks!

I don't think so!!PJG56. Running the 6611(intek fly wheel body). With an oppy ring gear, and oppy hub with coil adapters and some modifications to the dust cover and bolts under the flywheel, along with trimming off the charging system tabs it will work. It is not just a plug and play though. You have to index the crank and cut a new key way for the timing to be right, it close to 90° out if you line the key ways straight up. It takes some work to dial it in just the way you like it but it will work! That's the only aluminum wheel that has ever been on my oppy, and it still is now so yes it can be ran on an oppy. Just not without some work.
