Driveline / 800 ratios??

hey all i was wondering if anyone knows the final gear ratios of a 800 series peerless transaxel 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th gears please

Briggs Flathead / piston ring end gap

hey guys got my new rings in and went to check end gap 
there wasent any!!!! my motors bored .030 over and theyre the .030 over rings so im obviously a lil confused as to y there isnt any gap?? ohwell ill file to fit so i guess my question is whats a good end gap briggs stated that .035 is the reject size but theres no minimum so its from .001-.035 anywhere in there good i dunno kinda new to this part anyways hopefully some one can give me a helping hand

hey i was wondering if a cam from a 28ci 12hp would work in a sayy 22ci 10 hp ?? reason is i want to see if i can squeese a lil more outta this motor it was a freebie and i was wondering if it was possible

hey everyone i just opened up my gearbox for a tune up at the end of a 21 race season and i found this:
not too bad for about a heck of alot of donutz
and about 15laps every friday since may 24
all in all i need a set of bushings and a new input and bevel gear
but im buyin the steel one this time

hey all i just picked up a CH18 v twin woop woop
any ways just wonderin if a car tach set up for a DIS ignition on a car??

it worked on my buddys 17hp ohv briggs
it has a inductive pickup that clips to ur sparkplug wire and plugs right into the tach then u just hook up power and ground and swap the lil switch over to DIS and hey it worked lmao notr much use for it tho hes only runnin around 3700 rpm but hey its cool so im guessin on our club its gunna catch on quick

hey guys have a ? my buddy wants to use a foote 3 speed gearbox and he wants to know if he can extend the shaft the input turns and run a pulley off of it for a side shaft motor would it work and how hard would it be

i have been wondering y my motor takes a long time to start its a 15 hp ohv like when i go to start it to load on the trailer i prolly crank it for over 45 secs with no success then it fires but does not strat i try again same thing happens then usually on the 3rd attempt itll fire but struggles to get up to idle once at idle its fine and runs great just wonder wut it could be cause its getting annoying
after it has been running for about a 10 mins or so i can shut it off and fire on wut it seems is like half a turn of the starter and no problems getting to idle the motor is a '95 and has never been rebuilt

hey all my mowers finally all done other than a few broken things from our first race :shock: sooo bumpy it broke one of the tangs off my hood that hold it in the frame oh well its part of racing

heres wut it looked like when i got it it had a hydro tranny and still has the original 15hp ohv motor
then it begins
after front axel installed and fenders dropped and cut to fit the tires
new front tires and awaiting paint, bumpers and new rear rims

hey guys i was wonder in if anyone had this experiance i was drivin right and all of a sudden my chain started skipping so i look down and my drive shaft with the sprocket on it was like worn into the case
when i took it apart i seen the bushing was completely gone and it had eaten away at the aluminum case j/w if there is a way to preven this cuz im gettin a brand new tranny and i dont wanna bugger it up
btw its a 700 peerless
