Has anyone made a bracket to attach the dual mikuni cables to a plate w/ a dual exterior return springs along with another throttle cable going to throttle? per uslmra legal must have dual return springs.

Anyone know where i can buy a kit full of main jets for the mikuni 34mm having a issue where initial start power is great then dies mid range then picks up high side.

having a issue with my kholar, Kolher command 46CI v-twin Ohv when cranking over it will not start but every now & then will almost like backfire out the exhaust. The flywheel key is good crank key is good, timing is all neutral & leak down test passed no leakage past valves, got spark & fuel, no bent push rods valve train is good, has new 31 coils. anyone have any other input that may help? was running great then all of a sudden would not start back up.

Looking into battery system to turn my high comp kholar over right now i got a little 230ca batt & it will crank it for 1 sec then slow down. Has anyone else looked into how much Cranking Amps you need to get the kholars to turn over quick also how much the starters can take?

Has anyone used these non contact photo lazer tachs for tech checking rpms. currently i use a tiny tach dont know if anyone has tried any other tachs with good success. ive found the tiny tachs to be off as much as 40 rpm.

49 intek fully built runs great revs up fast. Problem when idling the exhaust & head temps are within 20-30 deg after a few revs #1 cyl is 285 & #2 cyl is 480 deg, motor will idle & stall. i found a air leak the first time on #1 removed intake resealed changed jets from 40s to 44s put it back together now #1 is good temp 285 but #2 is now 485deg. i sprayed cleaner around intake no change in rpm or running same with carb gaskets. i know this is not a normal temp slit for a engine but it seems to be no leak on the outside but i know there is one somewere. any ideas?

Anyone know the stock jet size that comes in the ec two barrel im running a bit lean & want to bring it up but dont know were i stand on jet side from E.C. also were are these jets located other carbs have the upper tilision jets that are replacable.

Assembling this 49 intek went to connect the rod to piston found out the arc rods will not work with the stock pistons due to the clearance issues around the rod pin end & piston pin grove they are angles & the billet rods are not. my debate about running these rods is the motor would be basically P&P heads cut, Cam, springs, flywheel. has anyone had luck with the 49 rods they look thicker & feel about the same weight as the billet rods. I dont plan on turning it more than 7000rpms.

for 6" hoosiers does anyone have a link to buy the press rings for the beads on hoosiers. The Cheap ones the 1 side press dont work just folds over. i already have the press but my pressing rings have gone missing & cannot find the rings online

Anyone know if you can take a mychron & use two EGT sensors instead of the CHT sensor or will it plug in & read anyway?
