i think im gonna try to tear it down tonite and look at it ive never even had this one a part maybe change main jet or drill it out bigger.  have actually done that before long time ago on old motorcycle carbs would get jewlers drill bits and drill the jets out one size bigger or what it needed used a small hand drill
really will the stock rods and pistons hold up ok or are the destin to come apart, and what about cams G-team does make cams?

oh well that one is worse the motor i am tearing down has been sitting in a friends yard for six years and never runn so im sure that carb is in bad shape the motor looked bad outside but almost like new inside but still want to go with stronger pistons and rods and a new cam. would love to try a cam in the running motor just to see how it reacts. how much are the g-team cams they dont have prices on the web site?

well not really have any class rules this one is not on a mower we dont have mower races around here yet they are talkin about next year at the local kart track but for now this one is on a barstool racer that i built the other motor i want to build as wild as i can and if they bring the mower races here then im gonna build on to race here. i looked at the G-team web site and done see how that carb would bolt to my intake unles a get 90 degree elbo

yea gonna try cleaning carb and this carb was one that was not originally setup with a fuel pump thought about adding a fuel pump. what should the gap be for the between coil and fly wheel. a local repair shop told me just slide a business card inbetween coil and flywheel and tighten it down it runs but wondering if thats to tight?
