I haven’t ever heard of anyone building mass produced exhaust for a twin.  They wouldn’t fit right.  The exhaust ports would never line up.   Everyone cuts heads different amounts.   .01 difference is a big difference in making exhaust line up on a v twin.

Buy a bunch of u bends and build your own.   Just be careful of to warp it when you weld it all up.

Yep that's my plan!!

Thanks. Know of any after market builders of headers for the twins?

I've asked around with no luck as I need one myself.

You clearly said GOKART right here, lol.
oh.........i think i forgot to say that my lawnmower already has an engine in it

but this 6.5 hp isn't going to be used for a mower, it will be used for a GOKART, i don't know if i stated that in my first post, sorry for the confusion

Most guys build a equal length two into one header which will perform best.

This site is for sanctioned lawn mower racing builds with rules, not off-roading go karts. Plenty of other groups for that stuff.

Camshaft and a good port job. Get the crankshaft balanced, arc rod. Try to find an 11hp head. Need a worked over carb also.

Good combo but it wont run with the 33's. Need to go more on the head, I like .085. Don't run the double springs, the bolts will most likely pull out of the head or break the head. As I said on FB, get your pump pulse from the intake not the catch can.

I'm not for sure but I think he is . Need to message him on fb or call to find out. I've always had great luck with Don. I have one of his cranks in my 33 right now.

Get ahold of Don Gienger at G-Team Racing. Did a great job on mine.
