So I have this mower and the complete deck, and I have read the rules but i am unclear how wide that i should make the pieces that i am gonna cut for the deck. This will be a project in the future I just want to cut the pieces now so that I can recycle the rest of the deck. Along with the rest of my junk!!!!!
I've been working on a hauler started out as a 4x8 open trailer improving my welding skills as I go along. Unfortunately my other project on here is on the back burner. Anyway I need somewhere to store my tractor when it is finished.
I am building an engine test stand. I am ready to have the hole cut in the engine mounting plate. Six inch diameter will work with the single. Will it also work with a v-twin?
Does the verticle shaft in the peerless 1000 RAGB come out from the top of the gear box? I don't want to take it apart yet, but I would like to know. The exploded diagram seems to show that would be the case but I am not sure.
where is the best place to buy an adjustable boring bar for a mill? Need 1.100 inches. The ones that I have find are quite pricey, unfortunately thats probably going to be the case. Any setup tips from you machinists out there?
An engine at 6000 RPM has 100 Trigger pulses per second so the flywheel turns 360 degrees in 1/100th of a second so to change the timing one degree we will only have to delay the trigger pulse by 1/3600th of a second. Is this math right i think it should be 1/36000th of a second ie. (.027ms)/ degree of timing at 6000RPM.
