HEY YA'LL!!

The Fulton County Small Engine Club will be having a *Build Clinic* on Saturday March 20th, 2010 starting at 1:00 P.M. in McConnellsburg, PA.

This will be the 5th winter build clinic that we've had as a local group. This will be the 4th build clinic as a local chapter of ARMA. Ignore any other dates & times that you may have heard. Saturday March 20th 2010 @ 1:00 P.M. is the correct one.

This isn't a beat the rulebook to death event!!! We may refer to it from time to time in order to emphasize important stuff or point out some rule changes, however, this is meant to be a Build Clinic not a lesson in rule book reading comprehension.

It is a good oportunity for folks interested in the sport of lawn mower racing to come, check things out, get ideas, & ask questions. It's also a good opportunity for experienced builders and racers to come, share information, and learn from each other.

We usually have a fair number of mowers in various stages of completion at the event. We also have several engines and transmissions tore down to poke at and talk about.

AARON CROWL has committed to coming. AARON will be the main speaker. There's a wealth of information to be learned about the sport of lawn mower racing for anyone willing to listen to him.

You don't need to be a member of our local club to attend. ALL are welcome here!!!

I would like to thank all those that supported our 2009 Build Clinic!!

We had well over 40 people attend this one. Lots of familiar faces and also lots of new ones.

Build clinics are difficult for the instructor because you're speaking to both folks that are extremely familiar to what you are talking about and also to new foks that are very unfamiliar and could become easily overwhelmed with lots of technical talk. Aaron pulled it off nicely.

I would like to thank Arron Crowl and his family for spending their time with us!! We do appreciate ya'll!!!

I would also like to thank the members of my local club for taking their time to attend and share information with newer folks just starting. Everyone had to start someplace.

THANKS YA'LL!!!!
TAKE CARE!

HEY YA'LL!!!

I posted the particulars regarding the "Build Clinic" here in McConnellsburg, PA the other week.  Date, time, directions, and such like.

I'm figurin on gettin hot dogs, saurkraut, snackie stuff, sodas, coffee, etc. to eat.   I have a good idea how many local folks we got coming.

I'm trying to get a guestimate on how much food stuff I need to buy.

Is anyone out there thats not part of our local club planning on coming???

I don't want to run short on food.  Last year Aaron told me that I bought enough hot dogs and sodas for him to eat but he didn't know what I was going to feed everyone else.

Ya'll don't  need to belong to our local club to attend the "Build Clinic". Everyone is welcome here!

Shoot me a Personal Message or give me call if you would please.

TAKE CARE!!!
