I have a 31 built with Mikuni carb ran the vacuum off the block and off the valve cover into catch can and ran vacuum off top of catch can to run the fuel pump
 .But that does not work motor is breaking up at full throttle so am going to come off intake .But was told I will need a Pressure Regulator to take it down to 11/2 p.s.i  .Any body running the Mikuni have any input would be most appreciated

I have a 820 I put the 2 gear lockers in and ordered longer axles .I put it all back together and noticed I am going to be tight on room for brake hub I see now I should of took the axles to the machine shop to have key way cut longer.does anyone make an offset brake hub or does anyone have a way to fix this or do I need to take it back apart and get key way cut in

One more thing I notice the mounting bolt holes are threaded what size .the B.S 28CI I pulled just has holes and you use nut and bolt .but the Kaw. has threaded holes .what size bolts do I need
oops never mind I just ordered them off eBay  for 5.00
....I hope this thing has more power cause it weighs twice as much as the Briggs

I just picked up a Kawasaki FC540V going to put on my MOD-XR .my question is on exhaust was going to cut and turn the 90deg bend and go up to 11/4 from that point.My question is how long would would I want it to be.and would it be good to go up to 17/8 at the end maybe last 6"or so

After reading this it makes sense no welding clutch just #35 back to gear box and #40 from GB to axle ..THANKS

I have question maybe some one can put me on the right path .I am going to be using a right angle gear box and clutch on my unlimited but when I look at sprockets and chains on E C they use #40 chain but when looking at TC and other sites at high end clutches they all use #35 chain what gives maybe someone can help me  :confused:

Has anybody tried flipping the 820 .I was going to do this to my craftsman in hopes of avoiding a jack shaft.but have some question about .1 how well does it lube itself 2 does it leak from pulley shaft or shift shaft
