Briggs OHV & Vanguard / Re: intek ARC flywheel/Stock Starter Problem
« on: July 31, 2009, 09:05:03 am »
The folks at ARC told me that I had to have the heavy duty starter to run with their flywheels. So after I spent the 250.00 bucks on it I am unpacking it at the garage, Mark (Parts manager at a local John Deere dealer) looks at it and said to me that it is just a stock heavyduty starter from Briggs. I dont know what the number is, but I will reserch it and let you know.

www.knfilters.com I use the stock shaped one. 33-2240 I think it keeps a nice stock appearance of the engine, and its a easy install.....
