its exactly your bolens.   bolens is the same bodywork just green.

this is a 1997 model mtd box chassis build.
ec front axle
1 1/4 cromo rear axle
adj cassettes
ec sprocket hub mcp brake hub 10 inch rotor
ec front brake setup soon to come
ec clutch
ec trans plate
ron atchison built 30ci vanny
8x8 rear douglas with chng shin pro tech
6x7.25 front with cheng shin saver tread
digatron
diatch throttle ect.

basically too much money but you all know the drill.   looking forward to ripping it

LOOKS GOOD BUT IT LOOKS LIKE YOU DONT HAVE A GAP BETWEEN YOUR FENDER AND TIRES. UNDER MOST RULES THEY WANT 1/2" OF GAP.

Looks Great Its an exact match to our Bolens BP we completed last summer.  Look forward to seeing it live somewhere in the 2012 season

WHY DID YOU MAKE YOUR DECK HALFS SO SHORT? YOU COULD HAVE MADE THEM 2" PAST THE TIRES TO SERVE AS A NERF BAR. OH AND YOUR FENDERS LOOK GREAT.

snuck into my neighbor terrys yard and hijacked his set of WHITE by mtd fenders.   my hunch was right and they are wider with a more forgiving lip to work with.  so i mounted up my tallest tires,  which are my pro techs  and gave em a whoopin with my rubber mallet.  heres the end result.  only bum deal was that i had to switch to a narrower seat pan and cant use my trick alum seat bolster bah.....

Those fenders are my favorite mtd fenders I scored a brand new set of them for 9.00 at a local surplus center they were heavy but man did they make the tractor look good

well after 7 hrs of fab heres my header all tacked up.   stainless ultimate builder kit from columbia river mandrel bends. nice kit,  lots of material  even had enough material left over to build a nice single cyl header...

primaries are within a 1/4 inch of each one is 30" one is 30 1/4.    9 3/4 of 2 inch after the collector.   which is exactly what was recommended to me by ron atchison to complement the vanny he built me...   cant wait to hear this thing rip.   starting it soon.
