You should be able to move one axle out slide the extra gears in and put the axle back.

I agree juniors ought to move up. I don't think its about insurance because parents have to have consent forms on file with arma and us. They should have at least have a junior mod class where they can amp up there mowchines and make it just like an adult class. If a kid gets bored they loose interest and they're done I've see that happen in boy scouts to many times. Let'm run :3gears:

If you was to use a 700 you would want to use the gear that was direct, so for example a 5 speed 700 lets say third gear was 25 and 25 wouldn't that give you 1 to 1 or as close to it? If so ok I got that much wouldn't you want the input shaft to turn faster than the motor in order to turn the 12 tooth sprocket faster or is their another factor I am missing  :bash:  I know you know what your doing thats why I had to ask

George, I saw in the build pics that you put a small pulley on the motor and bigger on the gearbox, but in all other builds big goes motor and small on trans. Just wondering what difference was for the supermod?

Still a long ways to go brakes, clutch, jack shaft, reinforce wheels working on steering now. Hope I can make the April 3 race. Got my fingers crossed.
